Shipping & Returns

Products that are in stock are available for immediate dispatch.

Orders placed after 16:00 are dispatched the next working day. Orders placed after 16:00 on Friday, and orders placed during the weekend, are dispatched on Monday.

You may return your order within 14 calendar days of receiving your purchase.

Returns are made through SAMEDAY easybox. Return shipping is free — EMETTE covers the cost, and the full amount you paid for the item is refunded.

Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged and have all original tags attached.

If a piece does not fit, you may exchange it for a different size within the same 14-day window, subject to availability.

Exchanges are free of shipping charges, just like returns.

Submit a request using the Return & Exchange Request form. If the size you asked for is unavailable, we will contact you with the available options before anything is shipped.

• Submit the Return & Exchange Request form with your order number.
• Wait for our confirmation email — it contains your return instructions.
• Send the item only after your request has been approved.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected.
